This is Jamaican Spinach Soup. It was quite delicious last night. Again, let me say that I love the site that this recipe is from. I knew we had potatoes and spinach, so I searched for a soup recipe that had those ingredients. Love it! We froze the extras and will have soup for another time. yum!
Jared finished his paper last night - fairly late and has headed off to school with semi-open lids. He had to get up early to do a few of the readings for his first class. This morning's words were, "It's relentless." And with that he bundled up and shuffled out the door.

i think there were other words too... mainly "farkin' craptastic." I feel that this statement truly presents the Jaredian view of my current state of mind (oh, how meta).
