We're in the new place (photos coming shortly), but we've still sifting through boxes. While out looing at furniture today, we spotted a spiff ol' floor-standing Monarch gramophone... I was so pleased, I even put it on hold (needed to do a bit of research before dropping that kind of coin). Ever since, my head has been creating playlists of music that would be perfect for the warm sounds of a gramophone. While some of these folks (like Leon) never put anything out on a thick platter, they'd still sounds right via old skool physics.
