Jared is up with me this morning, we're enjoying coffee and croissants. Today is a big day here - Jared and I have been invited to join Raina for her ultrasound appointment to find out whether or not she's having a boy or a girl this spring. Preston and Aiden seem to be certain that it's a girl, Lynn is 99.7% girl minus the one week where there were doubts, Raina was certain that Aiden was a girl, so she not entirely certain, but is definitely leaning towards girl, when Aaron was asked to guess he said, "Girl, but I could be wrong", Jared was his usual "does it matter?"... and I can only guess based on things Raina has told me about how this pregnancy is different from the first. The signs all point towards girl - the truth shall be revealed later this afternoon. Check back tomorrow.Last night we went for drive to see the Maurice "Jake" Day dioramas. He was a Disney illustrator/animator who came up with Bambi, based on whitetail deer from Maine. He was from Damariscotta, a little piece of history right here in Maine. Read more here.
